Elizabeth Lowery is a partner of the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on securities litigation and arbitration, as well as insurance, trade secrets and complex fraud.
Prior to receiving her law degree, Elizabeth was licensed to trade both stocks and commodities. Her strong financial background also includes being in the top 2% of CPA exam candidates to pass all four parts of the exam in the first sitting. Ms. Lowery was responsible for the highly-publicized victory of registered representative Mark Anderson against the SEC’s accusations that he charged excessive mark-ups. (Reported in the Wall Street Journal and the Bond Buyer.) Her practice includes securities arbitration, litigation, regulatory actions, and compliance examinations. It also includes cases involving insurance, trade secrets, employment and complex fraud.
Elizabeth is a member of the State Bar of California. She has represented parties in NASD arbitrations throughout the United States.
