Associate
Elizabeth Del Cid is an associate of the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on securities litigation and arbitration, as well as breach of fiduciary duty, ERISA, and fraud. Elizabeth also handles complex business litigation matters, involving bad faith, consumer disputes, misappropriation of trade secrets, RICO, and unfair business practices. She has extensive experience preparing for and handling trials in civil and criminal courts all over the State of California.
Before joining Edgerton & Weaver, LLP, Elizabeth worked at one of the top five law firms in the State of Minnesota, Rider Bennett, LLP. She was a judicial extern for The Honorable Nancy C. Dreher of the Eighth Circuit in Minnesota as well.
Elizabeth was also an associate at Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP in Los Angeles for three years. During that time, she served as a deputy city attorney for multiple California cities.
Elizabeth is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as the federal Central, Eastern, and Northern district courts of California. She is fluent in Spanish.
