Associate
Christopher R. Murphy is an associate of the firm and is licensed to practice in all federal,state and appellate courts in California. His practice focuses primarily on representing individuals and broker-dealers in customer disputes and regulatory matters before FINRA, the SEC and other regulatory bodies. Mr. Murphy handles all aspects of business litigation, including matters relating to fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, unfair business practices and employment litigation.
Prior to joining Edgerton & Weaver, LLP, Mr. Murphy worked at the law firm of Gordon & Rees LLP in the employment, commercial litigation, toxic tort, and tort and product liability practice groups.
